Proper nutrition will make or break your quest to get healthy, lose weight and build muscle. Exercise and nutrition go hand and hand. Neglect one and the whole process breaks down.

Even if you are thin, you cannot be complacent. I have trained clients who are considered a healthy size, but their diets are nutrient poor. If you are obese or overweight, the same rules apply.

Fit By Intent programs focuses on shifting your nutritional intake to good, nutrient, tasty food. It is not about deprivation, it is making smart choices.

We need to fuel our bodies often, and we have to like what we eat. Otherwise we will revert to our old eating habits.

All my clients receive nutritional guidance. But I also offer extensive information for those struggling on what to do.

I also have clients keep a food diary for a short period of time so we can see how you are currently eating and if changes would be of benefit.

I hear from almost every client that they know what to do, but they can’t lose weight. I want you to know that you probably DON’T know what to do. And is it any wonder? The amount of scams, gimmicks and lies surrounding the weight loss industry is boundless.
